Today at school, we talked about friendship and things like that. And teacher asked at class: 'Why do u think he listens to Scooter?' (speaking about me). She got answers like that: 'Cause he's a freak!' or 'He's nuts!'
I think it's not a problem for us to listen a different music like Scooter, but those who cannot accept the preferences of others have a big problem. Music is a matter of taste. It's ok not to like a music style but it's not ok to say bad things about those who are just different.

Don´t worry bout that, ´cause I´m sure everyone in here has heard the same a few times. Shouldn´t care about it, ´cause if they aren´t even able to accept different tastes, it´s there own fault and it shows, that they aren´t very self confident, that´s why they looked out for another one to blame...

I don't understand how people can be like that, like someone who's listening to Scooter is a freak just because of his/her musical tast :pinch:

Ed,you described very well the music market in my country.
But I must say that recently Scooter gain a lot of success and recognition here,and nobody really forgot them here,there are even rumours of actually release Ti Sento and UTROTT in the record stores here,something that never happened since WGTLLN album which is great news.

Hehe,and the best part there are,as I refer to them for now,very very silly rumours about a local promoter to invite Scooter for a show here around April,but that now is like saying that Madonna will perform live at my balcony.

I wouldnt worry about it Floody - most people just follow the crowd and pretend to like the same music as their friends just to fit in. We are Scooter fans, and they're not - lol we should set ourselves up as a nationality or group..then it would be illegal to discriminate against us
