I think the thing about Scooter is it doesnt matter what the song is, what the genre is, what the era is they can always add their own style. Yes there are a number of recognisable melodies and lyrics right through the album but as sooterworld says its not a new thing, and you always know you are listening to Scooter. I have listened to it a few times and I am absolutely loving it.

Also the melody in State Of Mind is heavily inspired by Technoboy's Next Dimensional World
In Clic Clac there are parts ripped from Technoboy - Put Some Grace (In Your Face) and Tuneboy - Re-generate It (which is co-written by Technoby)
Stuck On Replay uses the melody of Phil Ty - A Kay A, which is co-written by Technoboy.

So yes, they ripped of stuff from Technoby, and I think they've never ripped that much from the same artist before!

But I do agree Scooter's Ti Sento does not rip off Technoboy's version, there are some things in the music which are the same, but that's just because these melodies are from the original track.

Why are some famous hardstyle songs stolen too?

Technoboy - Ti Sento = Matia Bazar - Ti Sento

Technoboy - Atomic (I think???) = Depeche mode - Personal jesus

And there are inevitably more than that. Those 2 are the one I know of.

It looks like you have simply coppied those from that youtube video, which btw, 3 of my comments saying alot of hardstle is ripped too were deleted

Well, that list is far from complete, but it's a nice start

Also it's known that the Prodigy uses samples since they mention the originals (well not every single sample, but the most noticeble ones) in the booklet of their albums.

Generally i don't mind the ripping thing...even if i prefer some complete cover like Second skin, Summer Wine for example.

But on this album, it's like they refuse to make their own melodies: put some synth seq from this song, mix it with another punchy melody from this other song etc...

I don't understand: they have nice beats, nice lyrics from HP...it's not too complex to make a 10notes melody without taking it from elsewhere (if it's not a remix or cover).

Don't tell me they can't do a main melody like the one in "Bit a bad boy", "Where the...": it's quite a simple one.

Yep, at least Prodigy mentions the most noticable used samples.
It's like Scooter using Supertramp's Logical Song and not giving them credits lol

I would say the same - on Clic Clac and The Sound Above My Hair, only 1 name is written as composer, and that's the names of the one's who made the original tracks
