I wouldn't be surprised if there's a special "disco" edit of this song.

As for it being cover, I don't care at all. Great song. Cheers to Scooter. Just please keep your hardcore style.

Ok, first I have to say thank you to the one who gave us the full version of the song, not only a sample.
But I am really dissapointed. At the first time I just could not believe what I heared. What the hell is this? This cannot be serious! I have nothing against some experiments but the only thing which is Scooter in this song are the H.P.-Vocals (which are great like always). The rest is just a total sample of an old 80s-Song with a simple beat to it. It´s just like Master Balster do it (anyone remember this crap?). I cannot hear any good new sounds, it´s really like just a sample! Whre is the creativity? If they do a cover than not with just the sample. AAAARGH!
I am so sad. I was so excited about the new track because Scooter always made good tracks, but this is, for me at the moment, just awful. We can only hope that the album will be better.

My oppinion about style of song:
It is commercial thing.

If Scooter will release same as "Jigga Jigga" style song - it will be unsuccessfully in charts. Even if song will be georgeous. Due to current changes in musical tastes in Germany.

So it will be or great success or great fall with "Shake That". I'm think 1st Success will be even top20 I'm think.

Shake That is one of the worst songs I've heard, all categories.
First of all, this is as close to a real cover you can get. It's not a cover, but it's more than a rip-off. And don't say that it doesn't matter, because IT FUCKING DOES!
And why do they have to dist H.P's voice on every damn song? Why!?
A fucking disco-song. And the lyrics really doesn't fit with the music, souns like some amateur.. Like some fan-edit, like Shake your Booty vs. Scooter. Stupid. Bad. Bad!

I think I'm gonna throw up.

Also ich höre es jetzt zum ersten mal und kann nicht grade sagen ,dass ich begeistert bin!
Auf der Scooter Seite haben sie doch so einen harten, abgehenden Song versprochen! Also mir fallen spontan 100 Scooter Lieder ein die 100 % mehr rocken! Ich hoffe mal, dass nicht das ganze Album in diesem Style ist! Ich hörs mir jetzt noch ein paar mal an, aber ich bezweifele, dass dieser Track für mich jemasl an Sachen wie Posse, FHS, Aii, Mananna, Fish oder anderes rankommt!

Ein etwas entäuschter Spock... :cry:

I read somewhere, that the new sfuff would be more powerful, I can't hear anythinh powerful here :? (maybe they should change their website name to scooterdisco.com

)

But its an okay song I guess, I can't wait to hear the Club Mix

I just don't hope the whole "Mind The Gap" will be 70's disco songs! :?

I don't think "Shake That" will get so much chart success.

My conclusion: Yes! I am a bit disappointed.......
