The commercial manager in the firm where I work has resigned :( ...I thought they would solve the problems, but the problems between my boss and him were too big. :? Also my boss terminated the contract with the German building firm that was working with us, he found a new one, but I preferred the 'old' firm. Time will tell how that will go.......I'm really getting very nervous because of this...... Finger's crossed all will go well with the firm, I will do my best to take over some tasks from the commercial manager.
My boss really made a mess out of it, lucklily he found a part replacement for the manager, but I don't know........
The former commercial manager is starting an own similar firm like us, 100 km away from us......much customers still ask for him, but I have to imagine excuses that he is on holiday etc., because none of the customers knows that he resigned and that we terminated the contract with the building firm whit which we were working, and whit which they will be building (atleast I hope so) .......It's a bit of a depressing feeling..... :| :(

I'm very nervous, stressed and sad today.......I don't like changes, and I don't like my job anymore as I used to like it.... :?

Bad, bad, bad, bad :? :( :|

All was going very well and know this happens !!  I'm really thinking of resigning from the job....but I won't do it, because it will be hard to find a new one in these times.....damn....

I have nothing against my chef, but he made a big mess out of it, now I only hope he won't drown in the mess he made!

The same from me  Loosing someone sucks all the time :(
Take care!

Bogdan, how are you now?

Kris, that's a difficult situation you're in now, but also admirable you take care of your nephew now.
I know it's hard, we had my daughters boyfriend in our home for a year and took care of him and it was also a stressfull time at times, ofcourse we didn't have the problems with my daughter don't liking it, she loved it :) but I understand what you feel.
You take care of your dad also? And the nursing home, that's pretty busy for you.
I really hope you get the "me" time soon
(Btw, what is a cube?)

Edgar, oh no :? this is really bad news for you. So sad when you don't feel comfortable anymore in your job.
Maybe you can start looking for another job while staying with this one at the moment?
Try to relax a bit this weekend, and hopefully things get better for you

But anyway, I think all that mess will soon be over and forgotten, soon you will be back on track. :) Or then you could always try if the guy who left could hire you to his new firm...

I've just been to visit my mother - her dementia is getting worse, she is very confused, unhappy and says she wants to die :( :(

She imagines things that are not real, but they are real to her :(

Its not nice to see someone kind of almost loose their mind and almost become not the person you have known all your life :( I know this sounds bad - but maybe it is better if omeone dies quickly like my dad did (and I still miss him so much :( ) than to see someone suffer dementia and slowly loose the person you know whlile the physcal being still lives - especially if the dementia makes the person deeply unhappy :? :?

That would be a hard to thing to deal with... I hope it gets better or it stops happening...

I have to talk to my boss to see if I can get maybe 3 or 4 days off in a row after we get through Easter so I can get surgery yet AGAIN. This will be my 5th surgery on ONE ingrown toenail. I can't really handle the pain much longer at work anymore. And I have to wait until after Easter because this is out busiest time of the year.. Damn hot cross buns

I'm doing a 3000 word essay today (ON A SATURDAY!!!). Have done 600 words but I have to find at least 5 scholarary references written after 2003.

It's so hard. The title, which I chose myself, is:

Quoted

A study of the social barriers to participation in Key Stage 3 Physical Education and its effects on future participation in sport.
