Well, I went off and played football manager, my Brighton team were bloody pathetic, so I stopped that game and started another, with Tottenham in the Premier League. 8) Won 5-0 in the opening friendly, and then I got bored again. My attention span is awful. I can never concentrate on one thing, that's my problem. I won't have that problem when I've with my girly on wednesday though. Oh no, all attention shall be on her! Woop.

Thank you mr Traxx, I am going to her house for the first time, for a game of monopoly and revenge chess! I shall be meeting her parents aswell whilst there, it's going to be strange to tell you the truth. But hopefully, they'll like me, and she herself will start to like me! This will be our 3rd meeting in person, after 4 years of talking online. Gah, I love this girl.

I have a female friend living further south from me, which I've talk with by internet for almost 3 years now.
We're planning to have a meeting some day, but I don't know when yet.

Most probably, it won't be before she's moving further north for school, but if she get's in there, it's maybe 3 more years until that...

Wow, mr Traxx. That is amazing, it's almost the exact same story of my lady and me, we spoke for over 3 years before finally meeting. What do you two have in common? When I met my girly for the first time, we went to see a football match because we both love the game, we met early in the day to see a film and to walk around Swindon for a while, but then we went and saw the football match, the second time we met it was for a football match too, my favourite team vs hers. And on wednesday, we're going to play monopoly and then go see a match in the evening, using football to spend time with her has worked for me. There must be something that you can use. It's much easier to meet an internet friend if you have an actual plan to do something, to go see a show or something. :D Never give up, mr Traxx. Some friends on the internet are meant to be just on the net, but others are meant to be friends you spend time with, you'll know the difference I'm sure, and if this girl is someone you think should be an everyday friend, then you shouldn't give up hope.

The common thing that led to our friendship, was that we were both members of an organisation against drugs, for people between 13 and 18.
We started talking there, by private messaging, in March 2006 :D

We have held the contact since, and we're still good friends, but at this stage, I don't know if it's gonna be more than that

Most friendships like this aren't meant to be anything more than someone to talk to online, and someone to enjoy spending time online with. It's much easier to maintain an internet friendship, afterall. 8)

It might not become more than a friendship though mr Traxx, and that's fine, that's life. Maybe my girly and I won't ever be more than friends, and that's a shame but it's life. It's not practical to have a relationship with an internet friend beyone talking online. As much as though I love her, it's not likely to ever be more than a friendship because we live in different places, there's only 2 hours trainride between us, sure. But that's still a fairly long distance to travel. I may to have give up on my romantic intentions for her. :( But again, that's life and sometimes you don't get what you think you want. Who knows, time shall tell!

Wise words, mr. Elephant 8)

The last part there, which you wrote, is exactly my problem with another female friend of mine...

I'm really in love with her, but I know she doesn't like me the same way.

I don't wanna be like those people who takes themselves way too serious, and never smiles, only works and, you know...

I don't take myself serious, I'm living my life...
