Sorry to hear guys about Ireland being cancelled, what a bummer.
Hope everyone gets refunds or new tickets.
I hope the uk tour will still be on the books, beacuse many venues are begining to get full up, with different acts.

Hope everyone is ok I havn't been on line lately beacuse I have been in hospitial, so I am a bit behind with the news.

Scooter Ireland Tour Postponement

Due to unforeseen production and licensing difficulties and the band recording their new album the decision has been taken to postpone the forthcoming Scooter Ireland Tour scheduled for February 09.

The dates will now be rescheduled for autumn 2009 and will form part of a full UK and Ireland tour for Scooter. A further press release will be issued once the full list of autumn dates can be confirmed.

All parties involved in the organisation of the tour would like to take this opportunity to apologise to all fans that have bought tickets already.

There are two options now available to those who have already purchased tickets as follows:

Contact the ticket sales outlet to arrange a refund.

Retain the tickets which will be valid for the re arranged date at the venue you originally purchased the ticket for.

Customers who purchased their tickets from an outlet can obtain a refund by returning their tickets to the point of purchase.

If you have purchased your tickets via phone or Internet, you must return your tickets via a secure method of post to:

Ticketmaster Head Office, Grafton House, 70 Grafton Street, Dublin 2.

Yes - I got a similar mail this morning, mine said the the Castlebar show is postponed and as soon as they get the new date they will contact me

"Due to unforseen circumstances Scooter's event due to take place in the INEC, Killarney on the 16th of February 2009 has been postponed.

Once we receive details of the rescheduled date we will contact you. We hope to receive these details soon."

how many concerts gives scooter in the uk?what you think?and how many concerts in ireland , three?or more?

I think 3 in Ireland, and maybe one in Belfast.

I would guess 1 or 2 in Scotalnd and maybe 4 in England? but I don't know. I expect Glasgow, Newcastle and Manchester would be on the list, and hopefully Birmingham and London, but I really don't know

...have to wait and see I guess

I think what would make the Ireland/Uk tour really succesful is if Scooter had a summer hit that was big in the clubs during the holiday season

I agree,once people can hear and see scooter then they will be likely to buy tickets to go to the show

in order for the tour to be succesfull, the album must be as succesfull as JAOTW, if not even more.
