What I mean is clear. I'm going to bid on this tape to be the highest winner. Each time he'll sell it on eBay, there will always be someone to give Sandra some help.
If he never get to sell it on eBay because people that help win it all the time, he'll have to pay fees and fees and fees, he'll have no choice than send it to Sandra.

PS : I do not collect tapes.

Couldn't he just withdraw the tape from Ebay? He does talk to people on this forum on MSN and that. It would not be hard to sell that tape privately. I wouldn't be surprised if he has already had some offers...

I really do hope that Sandra gets her money back.

I did buy the tape in a private sale about a year ago, and paid the money - I have the paypal receipt, but after I had paid he would not answer email, PM, or talk to me on MSN.

Its sad really - because a lot of privatesales do happen, but the only safe way is through eBay and pay with Paypal.

...neither would I be suprised if he had not already had offers - I wonder how many he has sold it to

I don't want my money back - I want the tape I bought

I can understand you Maddy but don't do somethink wrong- the admin won't like it... The ebay politicy says clear that it is forbidden to bid on an item only to give the seller a negative feedback - Here is the rule from german ebay site:

Was genau ist ein Missbrauch des Bewertungssystems?
Wir haben hier eine – nicht abschließende – Liste von unzulässigen Verhaltensweisen zusammengestellt. Dazu gehören z.B.:

"Verschiedene Käufer kaufen unter Absprache nur aus dem Grund Artikel bei einem bestimmten Verkäufer, um anschließend negative Bewertungen abgeben zu können. Es besteht also keine echte Kaufabsicht. Wir nennen dies eine "Bewertungskampagne".

Thats a nice thought from you Maddy :) , but don't do that, I don't want you or anyone else to get problems with eBay because of him.

I was just looking back over my emails and paypal account - I paid him on 11 Novemeber 2007 - $100 for the tape, and $10 postage

I just want to warn you not to buy privately from him

Yes it is better through eBay.
You can get the money back if you did not get the item. :D

But I thought about this, if you pay private with PayPal maybe you also can get money back? :?
This time it is of course to late, but maybe try it next time.
