Do you try with masagges? I did last year and i felt better after that.

massage is the best solution to anything involved with muscle pain, trapped nerves etc. it's not always cheap but it's so effective. i'm qualified in massage and i always get roped into giving my mates one for free. :roll:

I have to work from 9:00 till 23:30 H today, because after 17:00H I will have to drive to clients that live 230km away....and than drive back again, so I think I wont be back untill 23:30 H....... :? .......and the worst thing is that I'm feeling sick right now....I have a litle bit of fever and feel like someone has hit my head whit a hammer. :? .....

And yes, I'm also worrying about Steffens illness right now..... :(

deny everything up to when they show the videos/ say that story was dramatised/ drug your parents and say it was a dream/ don't go home/ admit what you've done and be proud of it/ invent a time machine and undo what you did/ say the devil made you do it.

one of these solutions may work, hopefully. as you can tell i'm not much help but my thoughts are with you
