Help needed from a German speaker please!

I pre-ordered all the releases in August, but now I have a few very strange things going on. :|

This is a screen shot from Amazon.de, I don't understand what it's telling me. Anyone help me plese?


And this is a cap from the e-mail they sent me. :( Anyone know what is going on?

First screen:
Jump That Rock Single will be arriving between 6 and 14 october.
Hands On Scooter, JAOTW (standard edition), JAOTW (premium) will arrive between 20 and 24 december.

1x JAOTW (limited edition) is currently not avaiable...

Second screen:
amazon is asking you, if you wanna wait for the JAOTW (limited edition / not avaible from first screen) because they don't know, if they get more enough of the limited editions to ship them to you...
You will get your money back, if amazon doesn't get more limited editions.

Thank you for the help, I really don't understand this though. I preordered in the same way I've done since TUAO album, I've never once had a problem. I ordered all this back in August, so why is my order not being sent out? :| I am very annoyed.

I can only recommend anyone else in the same position to mail them through their website. I am and I am giving them hell, so I hope they will sort this out.

The fact that it isn't just me this has happened to has made this even worse. :| I'm a calm guy, I'm not worried if I can get my money back and just order somewhere else, but it does annoy me. Thing is though, they've always been good to me in the past, which makes this so strange. :|

The problem aswell is that I dont speak enough German to even understand what's happening. :-s

You can write to them through this link in English - that is what I have done and I have had a response from them.

If it doesn't come, you will get your money back no problem, I doubt they have charged you yet if it hasn't been sent. The problem will be trying to get a copy elsewhere - I am not too sure this will be easy. :(

Yes, but it won't let you make an order if you click onto buy. And my order doesn't seem connected with this particular "item" even though they seem identical to me. So not too sure what is going on.

I know mate, I was feeling exactly the same - I had some other CDs attached to that order, including Jump that rock single. And I still can't listen to Jump That Rock because none of the download sites are selling to the UK and I can't get my CDs!!!

Not a happy state of affairs.

I have the same problem, I bought the Jump with Me single at the same time, it was to be sent out with all these CDs. I feel ripped off, majorly. :|

I downloaded the extended version of JTR from 7digital.de. I always do that, download the extended version whilst waiting for the delivery. My collection seems so empty at the moment! :(

What is wrong with Amazon?
If they did not get the normal deluxe box, ok.
But why have they not sent the singles before?

And why will they sent the albums between 20 and 24 december.
HOS come out there, but not the albums.

Btw I did not see that you have ordered the deluxe box? :?
Or did I see something wrong? :?

I ordered all 3 different editions, the single and jump with me aswell. The order was placed 29th August. :| Very annoying, I got a reply from Amazon though, apologising. But I'm really not impressed at all, it's not good enough.

I got another email from them this morning telling me the order will go off today. I got very excited and went back on Amazon to check, but all they have done is send off my other CDs, with the deluxe edition still not send. That was naughty of them as I made very clear what CD I was talking about ... I got another one this lunchtime after I sent them another email just telling me I have to wait but they are sorry it's so frustrating for me.

Still they haven't explained why most people have got their CD but a few of us have been picked out at random to miss out. :evil:
