I noticed that my posture is becoming bad; my left shoulder is a bit lower than my right shoulder :? Although this is a very minor thing it still annoys me :(

Minor? Your shoulder might be collapsing, that's potentially something to worry about! :o You want to get that looked at my friend.

My friend is going to Peru tomorrow morning. :( She's leaving the continent! Which means I won't be in contact with her for an entire week, every day for the last 3 years we've spoken in some form. But now an entire week without her. :( I'm going to be so bored now all week. I already miss her and she's not gone! So, peoples of the forum, you'd better be ready to keep me company!

Very true - I injured my back and neck in a car crash when I was 17, and still love with the pain, but it becomes a part of life - sad but I can't imagine life without back pain :(

@Bjarke - if you can get treatment for your back then do it - because at 17 I (wrongly) believed that any injury would heal itself in a short time, but I was wrong

My bad for just now (apart from a horrendous headache all day) is that my dad is rather ill :(

Propolis is a natural antio-biotic made by the bees (bees vomit) on the frames of places where they leave the honey ;) Propolis is so expensive because it's hard to get (not much). I have cleaned around 80 frames myself two weeks ago and you could barely fill in a glass plenty of Propolis  (but 80kg of honey) :)

This works great, takes away everything that is infected !

I went to see my doctor a month ago to have a look at my back. He said everything was OK, he ran some blood tests too, and everything was ok there as well.

The bad thing is - my injury dates back to a skiing accident in 2003, when I was 16... I never recovered fully from this. I had occasional neck pains for a while, and then went to see a chiropractor. The neck pains went away to a certain extent, but then the back pains came. I most certainly love whiplashes :(

I have to get surgery again for the 4th time on one of my toes. I have ingrown toenails and everytime they cut it out it grows back. So I have to keep taking a few days off work as I can't walk very much. The surgery is very painful. But NOT getting the surgery is even more painful than that.

Maddy - I got some propolis today from the health shop. I think they are helping soothe my throat. :)

Good luck with your surgery transcore!

I wish you luck too. I hate to see people who don't deserve to be hurt, well, hurt.

Well, The girl that I love left yesterday to go back home to her boyfriend on Maternal leave. At first, I was simply depressed. It wasn't until I went to the front gate to meet with another friend that was leaving though that it hit me. They told me he had already left, so I checked the sheet to see what time he left. I found her name. If I didn't leave that room like I did, I would have had a complete breakdown. After awhile I thought about it. I hope she does well, and although she's now gone, and I feel empty, I think know might be the time to heal now that she's gone and im sure I will never see her again.

Well, the fact she left will make you start healing right now, you'll feel better and better each day ;) Even if you get hurt about some thoughts again, let them go, you'll be healed very soon and you're strong, you'll be stronger than before once you'll be better :) Believe me.

My washing machine has "died" (floods the floor when I try to use it) :(

.... might not sound so bad?? - my eldest son is studying animal care..... often he comes home not so clean and sweet smelling as when he left in the morning....
