Really bad thing, each day I'm getting more and more blocked in the neck, this is becoming very painful and I do not spend a single normal day anymore for like 4 days, I'm a little worried...

My neck is like a giant knot.

Strange :? Maybe some doctor has to 'click' your neck spines because they are somehow stuck. My mum has sometimes a blocked neck and than the doctor 'clicks' her bones or so and the neck get's better again and is moving better. Maybe it's the same case with you Maddy, but I'm not a doctor.

Too much stress! You need to chill more. Forget life's little worries and concentrate on the good things, no matter how hard it can be.

You're on the right spot ;)
Stress ! = Tensions in the muscles, and they end up like stone hard !!!! And it can eventually have everything linked together as a big knot.

Can't wait for my kinesitherapeut sessions :?

It can be quite painful, I know. I'm a trained masseur. Took the course at college. You should also use a steam room if there's one near you. If not, a bowl of hot water with menthol drops inside. Put a towell over your head and breathe the steam from the water.

:) Thanks dear for helping me out.
Breathing the water with menthol drops can help out with neck muscles ? I didn't know that, I use this fumigations a lot with menthol for cough and such, it's a pretty much more natural way to make it better than medicine.
I have those drops of menthol should try it :)

The drops are good for respiratory (breathing) systems and circulatory (blood flow) systems, relaxing the muscles and giving a sense of well-being. It is also very good to do arm, leg and neck stretches when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed at night.

When you see people feeling better it's a great thing to do. My mate has problems with movement in his hands and is quite tense. I gave him a simple hand massage the other day and he's been great since. It's simply pushin toxins away from important areas of the body.

Plus you get to touch up some pretty hot people.

Here is another good point ;) Nice women hehehe  Go for it !
But I regret my job isn't to help people but I'll change my job to make something more "helpful"...
This is what I think about, to push the toxins until ends of the body to get rid of them... But I can't do it myself in my back and neck :s It's quite hard

Putting a warm/hot towel around your neck may also help

And, as hard as it is, try to relax, easier said than done I know, I'm a nervous wreck sometimes myself.... :?

Sorry for you, Maddy, I hope you'll get better soon :(

Though it's no problem, really, I'm sad because I got a mail when I was on vacation, that the copy of We Bring The Noise I ordered, is sold out from the supplier the store I ordered it from, are using.
So I don't know when I will get it, maybe it'll take months... :?

But, the news about the Scooter/ Status Quo-single are so awesome that it makes up for it :D [/i]

The only advice i can give is to see a professional doctor to give you some really good medications and lets hope after all the nightmare will be over :x :( but in this time just chill  it has a cure for that :)

My back hurts like hëll after carrying and throwing heavy stuff yesterday, and changing tires today (got myself new rims). Also the damn radiator in my car decided to start boiling 25 km from home  Had to leave it at my girlfriends grandparents. About 15 km took an hour and a half, because we had to stop all the time so it wouldn't boil again.
you sir, are an idiot
