that's right.

"The only way to have a friend is to be a friend"

and someone, who wants to be called a "friend", should always be there for the friend.

THAT's a real friendship

Very well said, that's 100% the truth :!:

I burnt my legs to a crisp in the sun! That isn't good. Other than that, it was a good week for me.

My preferred lady friend seems interested in a future relationship, so. 8)

It must be great to be a stone's throw away from the beach as well, it takes me half an hour to get to the nearest beach, and that's Weston SM! They didn't get the phrase "sea blue" from there I'll tell you that!

Bet it's warmer than England!

Bad thing of my week: I don't have the internet at home at the moment so the only place I can come on here is at the gym.

Thanks everyone - and yes - I hope she is at peace now - she suffered with cancer for quite a few years, so at least now she is free of that

@Maddy - I also had a rotton cold last week - felt like that as well

Yes indeed, she's free of any suffer and worries now. Cancer is a terrible illness, I have someone of my family that is very close to me family-wise that has one but hides it to everybody, but we know he's ill.
About the rotten cold, I got a phone call and I hardly could talk  Thanks Jeez I can still type to communicate ;)

Sorry Maddy :?
But I did all my best to prevent to give you my cold, I didn't say you hello... :P
And all my condolences to you Sandra, always sad to hear a death in our family, even if the person has a serious illness... :?

Got betrayed by one of my best and only friends ...
Now that she doesn't need me anymore she blocked me from her profiles and such. How can a 28 years old react that way ???? She used me for MONTHS living in my appartment that is 10m² since no one else would help her !
She NEEDED me desperatly in the USA the last months, and I had her meet my friends there, now that she's got them, she's got new ones and she won't have me to know her friends and even let me remain in her life. And after that she told me "I like to live and move on my own" HAHAHA let me laugh !

How do you call this ?

I guess it's normal human behaviour, also known as f*cked up stupidity. This is one of the reasons why I prefer my solitude. ;) Sorry to hear that, in any case... I would be quite angry if someone had used my time like that and then being so ungrateful. But I guess there's nothing to do but to forget that person.

Normal humain behavior ????? I'd never do such a thing ! Use someone so deeply that (she got to know me to know that I'm sensitive and play on it) to make me her pet, somehow. That is not normal and I do NOT react that way. I express friendship and friendly feelings towards people I like no matter what they did or not. If they did something I'd not let them down and I'd feel like I owe them a service back (as I do to you, although you're not obliged to understand this).
