I'm sorry to hear this ... Have you paid via Paypal ? There is a protection for buyers on there ...
This reminds me I'm no better, I have bought a TUAO Danish edition from Bjarke and I still owe him money :oops: But as things are getting better and better I'll be able to refund him .... FINALLY

I did pay by paypal, but it was a private sale, not ebay.

I was stupid - others had trouble with him before (including me, but I eventually got what he owed me), tthis time he promised me he would send it, and I believed him

Don't private sales have protection as well ? Damn it really really sucks, people did rip me off in the past, but not since ebay and Paypal exist...
You should try check it out if there is a protection ;)

I just wanted to revive this topic....

I heard that Mozza86 is trying to sell this cassette again......

For the information of anyone considering buying from him I paid $110, I received no cassette (pretty clear as he's trying to "sell" it again") and he refused to answer any PM, email or MSN contact when I tried to contact him.......
