I'm going on a short trip to Rotterdam from today till thursday or friday this week.

I should go to the patent office to seek patent for my weight loss program:
no food after 10pm
lots of water
no crisps
no cake, pie etc
no sodas
no exercise (!)

result so far: 9 kilos/4 months
disregard sleep - acquire tea

I did the same three year's ago and lost 20 kilo's in 6 months, it really works :wink: Today I still remain constant with my weight up to now. COngratulations to you! :P
