It seems one trustworthy Scooter fan, Ed, had been on the set in Rotterdam, and could tell in the official forums some small things about the new single -- he can't say much because Scooter doesn't, naturally, want to let out important info and details long before the release, but here are some things he was permitted to say. Big thanks, judging by these pieces of info it's going to be quite interesting!
The video was shot in a club (Hollywood Music Hall) and on an industrial area in dark!
The white megaphones seen on the 2006 tour can be seen on it as well!
It's a gonna be a great, happy party track!
It's possible it's not jumpstyle -- he was forbidden to tell the style of the new single, so he hasn't told it, but Scooter wanting to keep the style secret this way might mean it's something new and surprising once again!
More will be officially known in a week or two, I'm sure.

i've found a page that has a rapidshare.com link to 5 samples of "jumping around the world" on it. am i allowed to post this link here? each sample is only 20 seconds... i also have no clue if this is authentic, but sounds really great (one sample is from tqiwitq and another 40 sec (!!!) sample is like an introduction with h.p. vocals)

I found the samples too and I hope it is a fake. Don't like the samples at all, expect TQIWITQ.
Wouldn not be the 5. th sample I would think it is no fake but according to the 5th sample it seems a joke because the sample is from a concert in munich. H.P. shouts "Hello Munich" and then he shouts in german "Seid ihr gut drauf?!" -> Are you happy as well as "comming at ya like cleopatra" from ASTDJ.
