-a iii shot the dj has a beat from klf - what time is love and the piano mellody is ripped too.

wasn't fire melody ripped from simon & shahin? I believe there was an article about it. and I don't mean the apollo 440 klaut article, it was another I think.

Ripped from? If you just think they are ripped and can't confirm that we should consider those tracks as 100% made by Scooter, though there are always rip offs we won't be able to spot.

It's from Bob Marley and the only similarity is between the song titles, nothing to do with each other.

When you use a melody from a another track (for example: Lipps Inc. - "Funky Town"), it's a ripp off!
When you use Melody and Lyrics from a Track (for example: Billy Idol - "Rebel Yell"), it's a Coverversion!

When you use only a bassdrum from a another artist, it's nothing! Look at the current Dance Tracks, most Artists use same Style, but doesn't ripped from the other the Melody.

most artists nowdays don't have any own bassdrums :lol: they use "Vengeance essential clubsounds"-bassdrums..scooter also do

right! When I was becoming this CDs, I thought, this are only samples for little producers like me and you, but many DJs are lazy and use them too! There you can see, that they don't have the time anymore to create something new...

na its okay to use them..i have no problem with same bassdrum in some tracks..but using same idea or same synth-sound is stupid

Yes many Scooter samples from Scarborough Affair, Lights Out, Space Cowboy, Behind The Cow, Lass Uns Tanzen i found till now, it's funny to use them too.
