I think we need something in the rules about banned members who try to return ......

Should they be given a second chance after a time? (with a new name and no reference to the past account), or should they stay banned?

maybe everyone should have a second chance - but after 2 bannings not be allowed back, I don't know what's best for the forum :?

I am going to talk with Sebastian about it I think
