I don´t have to clean my ears, you should inform yourself a little better about what´s out on the music market! That sample you posted is from the first version in 2005. The new version is exactly like Scooter with female singing the vocals and more commercial. But it came out early this year!
I don´t know how to post samples but go on www.musicload.de and listen into the party animals how do you do 2007.
Never forget the Original!

Hey, this is Jeroen Flamman, producer of the Party Animals. In the old days, Scooter & the Party Animals used to be "friends" or at least good colleagues.

But what Scooter has done now, ripping off our production and releasing it before we have a chance to - has ended that friendship. If Scooter would have ripped off one of our old tracks: fine, no problem, I would see it as an honour. But copying our song that we are currently releasing is just complete sabotage.

My god, Scooter is the lowest of the lowest. What a cheap lowdown trick to steal from your colleagues!! Scooter must really be out of ideas.

I am glad everybody notices that this single is one big rip-off.

Be ready for revenge, I never forget....

Well even if i think they did not copy it 100% it's possible that they got the idea from PA to release a jumpstyle version of How do you do, but they added the jeckyl hide like melo in the refrain and the hp vocal part also contains melos and samples the PA track doesn't have. Sounds like the situation with MIKE and Kid Q in 2003 where they released Weekend nearly the same time like Kid Q.

@Flamman: I think you should contact Scooter and not post in this board because they don't look in here.

oh dear... omg... scooter is the lowest?!... right... but the whole dance-scene ist the lowest... so we all hope for better times... everybody is ripping... its normal in the scene... you are releasing how do you du and scooter are releasing tqiwitq... so and then you will see nobody will have a big hit with it... but if i think your release will be played more in the clubs becouse nobody plays scooter;)... think about it...

Did i understand right: PA wants to release How Do you do you do soon, but Scooter is releasing the covered Version of the not yet existing Song of the PA earlier?

I Thought PA already released their song?
Can somebody of you tell me what the exact matter is?
You Know What .... I Don't Know Either ?

Is their a given reason for PA to go to the Judge due to this happening?

I remember that some years ago a Musicstar went to the judge due to the fact that another musicstar had stolen his song, changed it a little bit, an released it before the release date of the original song. The Music start who went to the judge won.

D you think this could happen again but this time with PA and Scooter

I do not know the problem. Their is only the chorus that is covered/stolen isn't it?[/b]

Yes it was released earlier. But only on vinyl. The recordcompany tried to get it on to a cd-single. Therefore they made the 2007 remixes. As you might know it is already on the air. Sunshine live has it in their charts i believe. Do not know how long it is in the charts, but their could have ringed a bell in the ears of scooter that someone was busy with how do you do 2007 version.

I guess there would have been no problem if the scooter single came out some months after the remixes2007 version of party animals.

---

Reading that the members of scooter do not read these pages suprises me. This is their website, so i guess at least one of them could read it once in a while.

but how scooter could know if party animals would remake their song exacly now? its like party animals would made their version of suavemente (they will take lyrics from elvis crespo) and scooter would relase suavemente 2007 and be mad at party animals...

i love party animals tracks, but now music is only about a money? why its not just about party music, happy hardcore??
