"Maria" was played at sport events in Germany
Did anyboby else notice that during the "Handball World Cup" in Germany they played Maria I like it loud in the hall when Germany scored. But only the refrain. I also remarked that it was played at a soccer match in the stadium. I think it was in Aachen. It seems they discovered Maria as a sport hymn!
