Authentication needed message. What is this?

When browsing this forum, everytime I go to a topic I get the following message:

It says there is an authentication needed, I have to enter a username and password for "" on Scootertechno.com
But I get the message when I'm logged in :?
Well I thought it could be a Firefox error, but when I'm using Internet Explorer, the same message appears.

Well for me it can be two things:
1. This forum is hacked!
2. This is a new kind of anti spam bot system.

I still think this forum is hacked, and when you enter your username and password, the hacker knows your account information.
When I clik "annuleer" (in english "cancel") the message disappears.

I hope this problem is solved very fast, cause it's very annoying
