I can't imagine that Scooter doesn't ask for permission about using things from other artists...
This is not 100% right. They ask if they do a real cover, that is right (like "Stripped" or "Pulstar"). But if they begin to use only one part of a song (the refrain of "All I wanna do" for example) or put parts from many different songs together (like in "Behind the cow") then they often do not ask for permission to use it, because they change one or two notes and then they donīt call it a ripp-off, they say it is "inspired". So they think they do not need a permission. Then it is stealing in my opinion.
Good examples of this kind of music making with no permission:
- "Weekend!" (uses the mellow of a Push-Track, Push himself was and is still very angry that Scooter took it without asking him).
- "Jigga Jigga" (3 stolen mellows without any permission!).
Sorry for being this kind of offtopic but I wanted to make this permission-thing clear![]()
OK, i will listen very carefully to Weekend, i thought they only used samples from Weekend from Earth and Fire.....
I stay here, have to eat now :? be back as soon as possible...

klf is the ultimate scooter idol. but scooter should rip off madrugada eterna and ill be very happy

If KLF is really ultimate idol for Scooter then they must burn their next cash income like big idols KLF which burned a million pounds of their money they earned during their KLF period. But I doubt Scooter would ever do this.
