this is a really strange hard break beat. i like the distorted kicks like the one in weeken or habanera. the first pause is a little bit boring and chaotic, could be better.
haha i just realizzed more of the half of the song is a pause . thats not a good strukture. you have nice ideas and methods and the sound is fine. keep on keeppin on :D

Thank you for your critics... perhaps your right.
I'll try to make the pause a bit more melodic or something like that.

Any opinions on the sound ?
I'll try to get better and better but it's so hard to make
it loud and sounding good @the same time.

sound is good. not thick yet, but it needs time . how long have you been doing this? the power of the sound depents on good compression between the elements of the song and frequency menagement.

nice to hear that it's already good :D

well, i've been working on this for about 1 week now.
I always try to work with the eq's and manage the frequencies.
afterwards i do the mastering with some waves plugins. c 4 as a multiband.
but i think it will become better when i have real studio monitors.
waiting for my birthday :wink: :lol:

ok, i changed it a bit.
the pause is much shorter now and i integrated
the first part of the strings in the beat.
and and added a short part in the end.
think it's better now.
