Crank it up and Path are the only hardcore tracks that Scooter produced. Out of those 2, Crank it up is definetly the best one. Path is too plain and too simple, yet the main melody is really good. If Jay worked some more on it, it could be a pretty decent track; maybe even one of the best b-sides ever.

That's what they call Happy Hardcore  .

To me, the style of bassline, drum and certain effects makes it straight hardcore. Plus, to me, happy hardcore is usually faster.

True about the faster thing, yet not every happy hardcore track has to be very speedy. But no, it's not a hardcore track either. Therefor, the bass should be way harder like in Path or Crank It Up. And the effects are a bit too.... happy. Not that hardcore is all about serious stuff but it just isn't real hardcore... I think it's better to call it your way then: Cheesy hardcore.

How could I forget Dutch Christmas...
No, Bramfeld is a more (what I call) wanabee hardcore. It doesn't have the right bassline for it. And Bramfeld has a lot of diffrent melodies in it that don't 'fit' together. You need some kind of invisible bond between your melodies to make a good (hardcore)track and Bramfeld doesn't really have that...
