I guess they preserve it for a next Limited Edition CD! It's easy bonus stuff to screw buyers and sell more cds. :D

I know this is a stretch but perhaps it will be on the new album. I mean hell, "Jigga Jigga!" was on "Mind The Gap" so I guess it's entirely possible for it to show up on "Who's Got The Last Laugh Now?" as a bonus track.

i know the reason why Scooter didnt release Stripped as a single. Scooter are hated for covering little bands and not that well known songs. What if they release a cover of Depeche mOde's Stripped? The whole world will start blaming and hating them.

And more songs, like The Night, Suavemente, Privileged To Witness or The Avenger's Back and more and more and more...

There are a lot of well known songs that Scooter have adapted to their sound.

But I think that there is a difference between Stripped and the rest of the songs Scooter have covered before and after, because Scooter have done a true cover of this Depeche song. They havenīt change the rythm, they just play Stripped with modern sound, but they changed nothing from the original Stripped, and I think (as a Depeche Mode fan)that Scooter have done a great cover, the best of a Depeche song I ever listened to.

i was talking about a real 100 percent cover of a famous band like Stripped. now dont make me list all the songs scooter ripped, cause the list is too long...but i like scooter ripping off songs. scooter have two aspects-the unique dance band with great tracks and the great rip off machine who ressurects well known and not so well known songs into smashing dancefloor fillers.

so im sure scooter didnt release stripped because all the fans of depeche(there are millions of them) will start whining about HP's voice, about the music and stuff. its too big responsibility to cover depeche...

Yeah and then it's better to come up with something like Suavemente. That song hasn't populair. Well, in your dreams maybe but even I knew the original song even though I almost never listen to old school stuff

I'm actually wondering: Did Scooter really announce to release Stripped? That was just before I came to the forum so I didn't really follow the news about Scooter yet. If they did, it's dammed bad that they didn't release it: They should since they said it. If they didn't announce it then it's even worse to come up with something like Suavemente as a single.

Firstly, Suavemente was a very popular song, at least in Spain and ofcourse in South America....... Another thing is if you would like it or not.

I donīt remember if they announced the release of Stripped, but in fact I saw it like a single in here: www.cdgo.com and about if you think Suavemente isnīt a good single, I repeat: thatīs only your point.
You canīt please anyone...
SO PLEASE YOURSELF!!!!

Phuck the millenium-stolen melody

but wholauhgsnow wouldn't say TH@ since (apart from ramp) Axel apparently only did good things and Jay is the bad ripper...

i think wholaughs just will tell, that the covers with jay most are full covers. neatly every part in the jay tracks are stolen. with axel sure there was a lot of ripped stuff too. but also a lot of own sounds in the tracks. and since jay is in the group scooter care less and less about own sounds.

why they should ? there are soooo many good sounds the can steal. :-D
