EAA and the U.S.

Has anyone from the US ordered the DVD? I can find it on amazon but the lowest one is $52! Did anyone find a copy?

I've been waiting for one (non-Scooter) cd I bought from cdon.com for four weeks by now.. And the wait is still going on.. :roll:

I have that same problem with cdon.com too. They sent e-mail that they got your order but they never posted the cd to me. And when I watched my ordering status there aren't any kind of information about where my cd's are. Usually you can follow your cd's arriving but I don't know what kind of problems they have right now... :?
