wake up! Scooter are a German band, and the came out big in germany, their label is in germany, the DVD is ritst published in germany, the songs are originally made for german people who don't care about englishc grammar.
This is a signature.

Why is it far-fetched? They wanted to give the DVD an interesting title so they've chosen one with a double meaning. I.e. Excess is similar to Access > Access All Areas refers to the notion of "having a backstage pass for a concert" or something > Excess means taking things to an extreme. Admittedly, it's a bad pan but it's a pun.
Excess All Areas on it's own just doesn't make sense. It's really bad English. If they wanted it to make grammatical sense they would have called it "Excessive In All Areas" or something. Scooter aren't stupid - they're experienced when it comes to the English language - they wouldn't have picked a title that doesn't really make sense if it didn't have some kind of double, punned meaning.
It's like the title - Trance-Atlantic. Again punned meaning > Trance sounds like Trans > Trans-Atlantic means to travel across the Atlantic, creating images in the mind of vast open stretches of ocean, and smooth movements across it > Trance describes the genre. Great title, deliberately chosen for double meaning.
What is so far-fetched and hard to understand? Je-sus!
maybe they chose the title to freak out their british fans

Perhaps Scooter thought it was good (and probably perfectly intelligible to them) but for me it isn't that good as a pun, since it doesn't have the effect a good pun does. I still like it as a name, though.

Has it ever occured to you that there could eventually be no meaning what so ever behind those lyrics/titles?

And even if: then they made fun of access all areas (probably a hint towards the function "on stage camera") that's not a big deal, is it?

Scooter are unfortunately FORCED to follow a marketing trend, to make more and more money, because if they didnt they would be left behind, and probably wouldnt exist.

No, no, no. Music is not about making money. Or at least, it shouldn't be any artist's primary objective. Music isn't just making a living - it's a vocation of self-expression. The goal of money making can only distort and trivalize music.
Good artists will always (chart sucess or not, rolling in money or not) have fans and people who appreciate their music. Scooter should focus on making music for the love of making music, express themselves 100% as artists - if that happens to be successful commercially then fine. But they shouldn't be forced to follow a market trend. That will only make it more difficult for them to make music that is true to themselves as a band. Scooter's music should be 100% Scooter's and not the product of market trends and franchise techniques.
From where or whom did you get this information that there will be another dvd with the missing tracks?

Excess All Areas - I really think that this isnt the only version coming out. There was discussion about getting the missing footage, as they apparently did with the "Encore" releases.

I agree with you 100%!!!

Yes of course they earn a lot of money and they have to and its okay! But what i wanted to critizise is that it would be sad if they change for example their style (for example house) just because they know that more people would buy it and the tracks reach higher chartpositions. In the past more and and more house is played in many clubs in europe and techno or trance and stuff is not played very often anymore. its of course normal that they follow the trend a little bit and try to record some housetracks. But the red line of scooter is still there which the actual album shows. 100% scootersound that we love and this album is the best example to show that scooter are not addicted to the trend in the dance szene. They have found something big that they can decide on their own what they realise.
