In Berlin they also play Jigga Jigga! and the instrumental was Trance-Atlantic which as previously mentioned was about 8 minutes long.

In Hannover and Berlin I am sure it was the same with these tracks - but not in this order:
Lights Out (Intro)
Hello
Apache Rocks the Bottom (mixed with Rock Bottom)
I'm Raving
Shake That
Weekend
The Chaser
Panties Wanted
Stripped
See Me Feel Me
Take Me Baby
Nessaja
Fuck The Millennium / Manana
Instrumental that became Trance-Atlantic.
Maria
Jigga Jigga
Aiii Shot The DJ
Am Fenster
One
The Leading Horse
FasterHarderScooter
Fire
Surfin Bird
Ramp
How Much Is The Fish

Only ones I am really sure of is that Hello was first and Fire, Ramp and HMITF were last :)

in Leipzig, they didn't played Ramp!

i was surprised, that the second track after Hello was I'm Raving... and surprised about playing Shake That!

but reeally awesome was Apache Rocks Buttom -> Rock Bottom... the Chaser with now breaking coming to Jigga Jigga!

And i'm really sure, that they didn't play Take Me Baby... *hmpf* but may be some memories are lost

Am Fenster was really great! and also the tracks with the guitarist!
