I'm going to be doing dj mixes pretty soon

I've been using some dj software as of late. I don't consider it real djing, but I enjoy mixing stuff together, I can see how djs get into music production. Many controls are used in modern music production.

It might take me some time to get a good mix, but when I do I'll have it posted on my site. I am going to be mixing various Trance/Dance/Club tracks. I might have 20 to 25 tracks in a set. I might try to have a good mix before this summer. I never djed, and I'm learning the ins and outs of it at the moment with real djing to get the ideas and theories behind it (even though it's all just keeping tunes in flow, in time, and at a consistant volume).

I might not have a new original until this summer, and I might be doing single type tracks. I am going to be redoing tracks I liked or thought were good and just expand them and give them a more professional sound. As of now, I am too busy with school work..but it'll make me a better musician and engineer. Peace.

DJ Tracktor Studio - It seems to be a good standard.

I will most likely be doing some mixes in the next couple of months. I need to practice transitions between songs (which isn't easy even with software getting seemless transitions is tough - then there is adjusting volumes, EQs).

Right now I don't really have time to practice. I have a lot of school work this semester, but I'll be a much better engineer and producer by the summer. So, I can't wait until it's over in May...and then I can pump out more tunes, and work in some dj mixes.

I will be making a new track for a possible school project though.

I'll definitely keep it posted here. I do have a new track in progress though.

Thanks for the feedback, I didn't think anyone was going to really care. Peace
