Cause they can separate the man and the music. Like everyone should do.

Yes - music he produced over 30 years ago has nothing to do with his current unpleasant activities. Anyway, as far as I am aware his "less desirable" habits have not been pubilicised outside the UK, so I think its highly possible Scooter were not aware of this side of him. Its just a coincidence that he has got into the news again at this time.

BTW - its not a cover - just a small sample of the original used in the chorus. The Scooter Hello! has nothing in common with Glitters track except the chorus.

At least if he is executed I won't have to worry about him getting my money     :D :D :D

Ish. Thats creepy. Poor girls. :(
I think death is not harsh enough, he should be sent to prison - a high security prison - so he can feel what its like to be taken advantage of, because child molesters are at the bottom of the food chain in prison.

I have to say I liked him when I was a child, of course there's no reason why anyone apart from British people who have stories about him in the news, should know about him

Yes. In Singapore and Thailand you get three years in jail if you steal a cap that's not worth more than 3 €! :?
A guy from Norway almost got three years in jail in Thailand for stealing a cap that was worth 25 NOK (about 2,50 €), but his mother paid his bail. :!:

Heard about the norwegian guy in Greece, who brought some sunglasses out on the street to show them to his friends, and the cashier, a 50 year old man with a year-long history of repeated heart attacks, ran out after him. The norwegian guy tried to explain that he didn't try to to steal them, I mean, it's like a icecream compared in money. Suddently the cashier fell to the ground in a new heart attack, and died. His family framed the norwegian guy for murder, because he's suppose to have caused the heart attack. As far as I've heard he's still in jail in Greece.
"Spock if you have problems go to the hospital."
-Hahaha :D

In our country law system is very stupid. They're proving you innocence instead of being guilty.A guy, accused of killing whole family(2 babies) was in process for 4 years and at the end he was known as not guilty, he migrated to Serbia and was caught by the police when he tried to kill 15-year old child.
He was in jail in Serbia, but he married with one Slovenian singer in between, so he could freely move around and go anywhere he wants to.That's why he was still under influence of our law system.

I think it was in yesterday in news that he has left Serbia and went...who knows where...Long life to our law system!

P.S.
Kamenik(guy mentioned above) is not the only guy like this, there were many obvious criminals that were not punished for what they did.
