@ DC - Sound like you having a bit of a bad time with everything,

With your court case, just be yourself, tell the court exactly how things are and youll be fine.
It sound like your ex has made some allegations of you being unsuitable to be a mother, just remember that he has made the alligations and now he has to back them up. We all know here that you a loving and good mum so the courts will be able to see that

I really hope that your little nephew gets well soon and that everything is ok for you and your famally.

Remember, The Scooter Posse is with you :D

1. FC Koeln 2 : 3 1. FC Kaiserslautern

With great support of the referee, who awarded a penalty to Kaiserslautern in the very last minute, though no foul occured

Hennes, mail me your home adress and I'll cheer you up in a short time ;)

Right now I am in Mexico, thats a bit of a distance, huh? And how do you want to cheer me up?
What cheers me upo is that some FC fans found the telephone number of the referee and bother him with calls. He admitted that he made a mistake and due to the phone calls he is thinking about finishing his career

today’s court case was the most humiliating intimidating and scary thing I have had to do in my whole life...
I got to the court and my ex husband and his girlfriend was there dressed up in smart office clothes talking about buying a house, taking Bryan to the zoo and getting his 'room' ready for his arrival...

He has his g/f there for support a team of 2 solicitors and there was me with no representation, dressed casually in blouse and skirt and shaking like a leaf :cling: my ex got put in another room and his lawyer came over to me and whispered - don’t worry ill talk you through the proceedings.... even though he was representing Steve he decided to help me out - which shocked me..
the whole court was like LA law it was so awful I wanted to cry. I felt like a criminal, but the bar actually told off Steve for 1 - wasting there time on a simple matter, 2 - why in 18 months hasn’t he bothered to see his son?

The court ruled Steve can see him every Sunday between 10 - 7 and can only pick him up at my door, he’s not allowed into my residence and if there’s a problem he’s to bring him back to me and 14 Dec will be a review to discuss any problems that might happen.

Sounds like a result for you DC :D

Courts can be really intimidating places, i once sat in on a court case and even though i as in th public seating area the judge kept looking over to the public area. Its a strange atomosphear to be in.

Anyway, congrats DC, its great to hear that you havnt lost custody of your son. :D :D :D :D :D
