Starsplash is not techno! It's just dance, mostly commercial.

And main reason for his fall were the same tracks.Listen to Wonderful days, Travel time, Free, Endless Fantasy - these tracks all contain similar piano melody, pithced vocals and some hard bass in the middle of the tracks.Fans are bored to hear the same things in every released track.

I'd say that real techno is not very popular today. We must differ trance from techno, it's not the same, trance is alive to certain extent, but real, old techno not very much.Just few nostalgic DJ's play it today.

The Main Problem from Starsplash are the same Song Structure... first it starts with a happy refrain, then comes the melody and the refrain continues... then comes the hard part and then again the refrain and melody... and since "Wonderful Days" their Singles have this Concept... on the LPs from the 2 Guys are sometimes better Tracks as the Singles!

I know people who don't even see diffrence bettween Techno and Trance, so I should better say: Strasplash is "Techno".

Today is today - music is changing, many people call Strasplash music Techno nowdays.
By the way, I hate Starsplash.

Viva maestro! These are the real techno artists! Not Starsplash, Rocco and other commercial dance artists...Maybe Kanzyani and some other DJ's could be called techno DJ's too, but you've certainly mentioned the leading ones.

Scobom X, read your previous post where you quoted mine, once again and maybe you will realize that you have said that Starsplash and Rocco is techno.Actually, read it as long until don't you realize it.

I' didn't mean -REAL TECHNO-. I meant "Techno" nowdays, it's dance but people call it Techno.
Ask people in clubs what is playing when Strasplash will be on.
They will answer you: Techno.
You know what I mean?

And don't act so smart because you're not the one person who knows Carl Cox.

Carl Cox is drum'n'bass. Drum'n'Bass isn't in my opinion subgenre of techno. It's own genre... And I mean Techno, not whole EDM. And I hate when people say that everything of EDM is techno. Damn it's annoying.
Waiting for albums from Way Out West, Sasha, Second Sun, Airwave, BT, Quivver, Pendulum, Solarstone, Röyksopp and Massive Attack

"Somebody needs to put you into line" Meaning somebody like the admin, you cant go around putting posts that are offensive on the forum.

im going to say one thing "If you dont have anything positive to contribute to this forum then dont say anything at all"

All i can see is that you have just made a lot of people angry and atacked peoples view and opinions.

@All other Forum Members - Sorry for this little rant but this guy really winds me up. I had to get it off my chest.
I hate to lower the tone of this forum like this because i love this place. :!:
