New homepage set up

I worked on my index page a little bit. The set-up is a bit different. It follows an 8-bit theme, I took out the dragonball z animated gifs because they didn't fit with the theme.

My theme is mainly an 8-bit nintendo type theme. My next track will have a little bit of a 8-bit nintendo theme as well.

It's been taking me some time to complete this track being that I am busy with work a lot now, but it'll be done soon. Peace.

my homepage

Don't worry, I have been doing more reading on web design. There is a lot to web design, and it also includes graphic design...so you need some design, drawing, and graphic skills. It's not an easy field, but one I am willing to learn more.

I am probably going to incorporate flash, but I read by many experts to use it sparingly. Some reasons involve the use of tags to implement keywords for SEO. Your site looks nice, but I wouldn't prefer to make a site entirely in flash. I really like using tables and layers and they can produce a good visual set up if used properly.

Graphic design skills are a big play in web design, that is what I really need to learn.

Then you need

Teach Yourself Visually Dreamweaver Mx 2004
ISBN: 0764543350

For HTML

Anyway you don't need to be sparing these days with Flash as everyone has a fast internet connection..And he/she who doesn't needs to "get a life"
Look at all the main Music production sites these days...All flash sites. I rest my case !!

I've seen those books, they aren't the best ones out there...I got some that look a bit better. But, I might need to get a better book on using dreamweaver, but I got a good book on flash..."Flash MX hands on Training". Really nice book, 700 pages. A lot of material they cover.
